MOVEMENT EDUCATION
Palaestra Gymnastics Academy Pre-School program is designed to educate and inspire children from the inside out through movement education. Movement education develops the building blocks and foundation for future sports, whether your child becomes a gymnast or not. Palaestra Gymnastic’s program is a proven system that develops listening skills, self-esteem, physical strength, coordination, agility, and most of all, an “I can” attitude.
Children learn the concept of basic gymnastic skills. They discover self-reliance, independent thinking, safety skills, problem solving skills, and completion of tasks. Palaestra Gymnastics provides a safe, fun filled, nurturing environment for all.
